With a background in retail, strategic planning, wholesale and unique trend-intensive arenas, Ginger instinctively knows the dynamics to identify riveting candidates. Ginger spends 40% of her time in Europe and is growing her global team.
Ginger began her career in retail in Federated’s training program followed by store experience, planning, buying, merchandising and high level management roles in this sector. She then became President of a design/manufacturing company which she successfully grew for over a decade.
She was co-creative director of Dubai Fashion Week and hosted trend segments on News Corp TV, as well as hosted a weekly radio show on compelling trends. She has been a keynote speaker on effective Talent Acquisitions Strategies and Creatives in a “Gig” economy.
Ginger is currently working with Forbes on a book about “knowing who you are” as a guide for securing the most compelling position..
Wayne has designed and led the development and commercialization of over $1 billion in new products for Nabisco, Kraft, and Godiva. He has co-authored 26 patents in consumer products. At Kraft, he curated the venture investment strategy and funding for health-related new product opportunities and incubator start-ups.
Wayne recently served as Adjunct Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurial Studies at Stevens Institute of Technology, is currently an Entrepreneur-In-Residence at the Stevens Venture Center, and a Senior Managing Director in growth equity investments.
Along with completing professional education programs at Harvard Business School and the University of Pennsylvania, Wayne earned a BS in Biology and an MBA in International Marketing at St. John’s University. He was recently granted his Doctorate of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC. His research focused on the motivational and engagement factors of executive leadership candidates for organizations. His experience in innovation plays a dramatic role in ginger finds’ processes and approach as it applies to creative and digital hiring.
